  • Within 7 days: Full refund for first-time subscribers who are not satisfied with the service
  • Technical issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using our services
  • Billing errors: In case of duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
  • Service unavailability: If our services are unavailable for extended periods (more than 48 hours)

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Request made after 7 days of subscription for first-time subscribers
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions leading to account suspension
  • Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations (after 7-day period)
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (as AI outputs vary)
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID
  3. Provide a brief explanation for the refund request
  4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

6. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

7. Promotional Offers

Subscriptions purchased during promotional offers or with discount codes may have different refund terms. Please check the specific terms mentioned during the promotion. Generally, promotional subscriptions are non-refundable.

8. Free Trial

If you signed up for a free trial, you will not be charged unless you continue with a paid subscription after the trial period. Make sure to cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged.
